Monthly bookkeeping includes categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and delivering clear, easy-to-read financial reports each month. You’ll always know where your business stands, without needing to sort through confusing spreadsheets or software.
How much time will this require from me?
Very little. Once onboarding is complete, most clients spend just a few minutes per month responding to questions or uploading documents if needed. I handle the rest.
Do you work with my accountant or CPA?
Yes. I’m happy to collaborate with your accountant or CPA and provide clean, accurate books so tax season is smooth and stress-free.
Is bookkeeping software included in your monthly rate?
No. The Digits software subscription is billed separately at Digits’ standard rate. Because Digits charges per client, I simply pass the cost through at no markup. The good news is that Digits is typically less expensive than QuickBooks.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Typically, there are no long-term contracts. My services are month-to-month, so you’re never locked into something that doesn’t feel right for your business.
However, I am currently offering an Inner Circle Rate for a select number of businesses. This program secures a discounted rate with a commitment for the full 2026 year.

No. If you’re not currently on Digits, I handle the entire software setup and transition for you at no additional cost. The only software-related cost is Digits’ monthly subscription, billed separately at their standard rate.
What does the setup cost cover?
The setup cost covers the full onboarding of your books — reviewing your existing records, organizing your chart of accounts, establishing your workflows, and preparing everything for ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
What if I have years of messy books or no books at all?
No problem at all — I’ve got you!
I specialize in clean-ups and catch-ups, and I actually love getting everything organized. I set aside dedicated days each week specifically for this work, so you don’t have to wait weeks or months to get your books brought up to date.
